      Pros

      Good organization, nice office and office location, upward mobility

      Cons

      Rigid work schedule, open office floor plan makes it distracting, some tasks are tedious. When you start out, you sit right next to your boss. This can be intimidating.

      Pros

      It is a great learning environment. Lots of room for advancement and friendly co-workers. Great bonus structure, 401K match and strong leadership. You work hard and get rewarded for it. Excellent bosses and very accessible if you need a help.

      Cons

      Not a con per say but Sandis is an extra effort company. You are responsible for your work and a hard work gets rewarded with growth and leadership opportunities.

      Pros

      Sandis employs an excellent and welcoming group of engineers and surveyors who readily offer advice and help for the diverse challenges the company tackles. There is a lot of opportunity here for exposure to design on high profile projects and plenty of opportunity for rapid career development for those willing to work hard.

      Cons

      The work load can be overwhelming at times, although this is often due to different projects with overlapping submission timelines.
