Pros

Ideal location/personal commute were good - only reason I stayed as long as I did.

Cons

No support from upper management, regional unprofessional, demanding, had to work 3 shifts back to back ( 36 hours) with approx 7 total hours sleep during that time. Demands and expectations are unreasonable. Upper leadership plays the favorite card. Promotions and title changes that are undeserved. Hard work from reliable employees goes unnoticed. Hands were tied when trying to make and recommend improvements to facility; drug deals take place, guests overdosing on property, setting rooms on fire, guests threaten other guests and employees, and leadership (regional) refuses to allow those guests to be held accountable. Company will not allow staff to work with police and direct employees to refuse entry to hotel to law enforcement. Unsafe work environment. Company leaders have no empathy or concern for staff or guests. Only worried about making an extra dollar. Worst employment experience in my 30 years of work history.

Pros

CEO was nice, down to earth, and personable.

Cons

Be ready to work as a slave as HR’s urgency to hire associates is not your urgency. Corporate level departments like revenue have no knowledge of the brand and its rate structure. They are not consistent on any of their policies. They do not equally employ. My opinion HR has a high turn over rate and the director is conniving. Scare tactics seems to be their manager style. The whole home office, revenue, and operations needs restructured and new leaders. Corporate leaders need training with the brand not just managers.
