      Pros

      Experience. Some really great people to work with. Constant activity. Always something to do.

      Cons

      The facility I worked were down to the bare minimum of employees. People would leave or get laid off and their workload would would be split. You were doing the job of 2 or 3 people. Moral was non existence. No raises in 10 years. We had employees who would come into work under the influence and nothing happened but they would lay off really good hard working employees.

      Pros

      Couldn't find any, and I looked very hard. The most hostile work environment I've ever seen. Facilities are old, equipment are cheap.

      Cons

      There is a stack of incompetence people that are there for a long time and probably are comfortable or too lazy to find another job. Pays below market, benefits are non-existent, vacation are minimal and must be used in mandatory annual shut down. I just regret I ever accept their offer to work there, unemployment is better.

      Variety of projects, some chance to learn things from everywhere

      Cons

      Unreliable dishonest disrespectful cheap management. They make you to take the responsibility of their mistakes. After 3 years working full time, I never found out who is responsible for what. Everyone blames other.
