      Pros

      I like that there is a bit of a family atmosphere and managers are willing to help. The culture is pretty decent and the benefits are good. It is a good place to start and get a good foundation.

      Cons

      There can be unreasonable demands and there is a lot of stress no the job. There are too many periods where employees can't advance.

      Pros

      People working here are all professional. Everyone knows what they are doing. Team work is great. Co-workers are friendly mostly.

      Cons

      Engineers work on weekend 1/3 of time through the year. No raise, no bonus, and no recognition. Remember to file vacation form for being absent in company picnic event before your boss tell you so. management doesn't remember when you OT but do remember if couple minutes late for daily meeting. Difficult to have time off. Boss does not care if you have a life after work.
