Good learning opportunity in a MNC environment. A good place if you want to learn something in a challenging environment and in MNC.

Cons

Compensation and superb long working hours do not tally nicely. Compared to others MNCs, this looked more like a SME.

If you can show the capability, you could get flexibility as long as my field technology expert. This means you can start a new project following corporate guidance. Management is flexible and supportive.

Cons

You may see limited resources, since US market is shrinking and manufacturing is shifting Asia or other low cost region. This enforces communication to Asia which means you need to manage time and culture difference.
