Competitive salary if you are a fresh graduate. Nothing more.

Cons

I am not sure of the situation in USA but there is alot of Frequent Shutdowns when they are not profitable in Singapore Office. Management only thinking for themselves. Freeze headcount and pay increment. Benefits is very minimal. Pantry look more like washroom as they only have a hot water dispenser and a water cooler. There is not even a coffee machine. Have to pay for dinner and Dance. Turnover rate is very high.

Cons

As it is a manufacturing company small periods of mandatory time off can occur when production drops. More frequent cost of living increases Bring back the matching 401k or provide all workers stock options as you are responible for your own retirement
