less salary, no pay and salary structure, overlapping organization chart, no bonus at all, yearly increment can't coupe yearly inflasion, since founded in batam 2004 until today no Annual day and dinner, Human Resource local Manajer never think about employees welfare, technician salary too closed with minimum wages <operator level>
