For technician level it's the same as you work for any other companies. If you desire to be an engineer then go get some education.

Cons

Workload get's heavy at a time. It all depends on how good relation you have with your supervisor or manager. It's just another company.

Its a job for now, the people I work with are all great people, they have a good cafeteria area

Poor management, no salary increase's, hard to get time off, back stabing managers, they don't focus on the things that matter
