      Pros

      Sound's nice as it is 1 of the top market leader in EMS. But it is not competitive at all.

      Cons

      Management's suck. They have no idea what to do. Always think shut down is the best solution. Headcount freeze and not allow to hire. only allow internal transfer

      -This company does know how to select awesome employees with great work ethic and ability. -Insurace is good, if you can afford it. -If you are offered a job here-negotiate a higher salary, it will not increase.

      Cons

      -No advancement opportunity. -No 401K Match -Insurance costs have increased dramatically. -No Pay increases. -Middle manager's hands are tied. -Unhappy employees, low moral. -Motivation, ambition, self-esteem/confidence killers. -A pat on the back is nice, but don't expect to be compensated or promoted for sparkling work. -Attempts to apply for higher positions within the company are frowned upon.
