      Pros

      The company overall may be ok. However, I do believe the location matters. Then pay is great. But pros depend on the location apparently.

      Cons

      The company resources and training are outdated. The environment is toxic and non supportive. They are short staffed and over worked to point of burnout. There is poor lack of accountability from both management and Human Resources.

      Pros

      1. Very supportive and very helpful colleague.

      Cons

      1. Weekdays often work till late, 8pm above but not consider as OT/cannot claim. Customer around the globe & shared gerberdata after lunch break and its QTA job. 2. OT only applicable for weekend(either Saturday or Sunday) 4hour capped. 3. More than 5 years working but only got 1x increment. Doesn't feel get appreciation.
