Literraly no pros, contract manufacturing company which tries to squeeze every possible penny out of everything and save money at every possible way. No place for creativity, open mindness and proffesional development. Constant enforced role changes as a part of endless "musical chairs" performance. Maybe only the food is OK.

- toxic work enviroment - lack of basic workspace for engineers - unbeatable, merciless beurocracy.
