      Pros

      The pay was good and I worked with some great people. New headquarters in Dallas is top notch and not an expense spared. Desks, computers, and break rooms are awesome.

      Cons

      It's a very negative work environment that does not encourage communication. I worked there for 1.5 years and after a year I knew it was not for me. The work environment is great but the people are not trained or encouraged to use standard corporate protocale or basic communication skills. It was a constant challenge to deal with the lack of morale and bad culture. Bottom line, the corporate CULTURE IS BAD

      Pros

      Company is growing. Higher management cares for the Employees to an extent especially now when the attrition is high.

      Cons

      Abusively Bad work environment. Nights & weekends work with no comp-off. Middle managers act as if they are the CEO of the company. If you have a genuine reason to work remotely, they will even come to your home and check if the reason is genuine. Some of the worst Indian managers you can see in the IT department who have ZERO etiquette.

      Upper management has no cute on how to run the bank. They don't care about the customer nor the employees. They like to promote sale but have nothing that compare to the big banks. They call them self the 3rd large bank in the world please by lying yes lying saying they are hiring putting out there when really are not that just to bring attention, they also so that with products, promoting things that are not truth. SHOULD I SAY MORE
