      Pros

      Downtown location, casual dress code, wfh opportunities, growth opportunities if they like you. Benefits are better now; they start immediately except for 401k.

      Cons

      Discriminate against African Americans, you have to pay for parking between $100-300/mo., no culture or vision, no consistency on policies and procedures.

      Nice people. Relaxed/casual environment. Comfortable break rooms

      Cons

      Fast paced environment, however the change is not efficient. Higher ups are often tenured and operate in a "this is the way we've always done it", makes communication difficult top down when new individuals in management have true innovated ideas to incorporate.

      Pros

      I worked with a great team, everyone was friendly, had easy traffic coming in to branch daily. It was a full-time position and there was growth opportunities.

      Cons

      HUGE turnover in employees and management changes all the time. Monthly it seemed like. Goals became ridiculous for you to achieve them and if you did, they would investigate why you were able to make those goals and do anything to sabotage or prevent you from earning a bonus, which honestly was not much.
