Pros
I look back at the last 11 years with SavATree and I am blown away at what I have been able to do because I work for this company. I lived in five different states, held four different positions, they helped pay for my college degree, became Lean Sigma certified, traveled to places I probably would never see otherwise and meet some of the most amazing people in our industry all over the country, all who I learn something from. This is a fast paced organization that is on a mission to be best in class. I joined the company because they are looking to grow and with growth comes opportunity.
Cons
This company is not for everyone, they will push you outside your comfort zone so you can be the best you can be and for some this can be too much. Understand you will be better for it in the long run...
