Pros

None safety and training are totally over looked, along with many other things

Cons

Garbage management Garbage safety Mechanic who milks it hard, does it take weeks to get truck tires and install them? Bald truck tires are safe correct? Ask management for new equipment only to get questions why, or oh you don’t need that. Safety is a huge concern poorly trained, I’ll equipped to do many jobs efficiently. Work your 40 hrs or more only to be shorted Crooked sales pitch and the use of harmful chemicals with little regard for customers or employees Pay is bottom of the industry standards to date. It’s the purest form of highway robbery selling ridiculously over priced services

The well being of our employees is, and has always been, our top priority. We are known for our intensive focus on safety, and this remains the case with additional precautions to keep our team safe during these challenging times. We are fortunate that state governments have recognized the essential work that we do, to support customers that need our company’s services to manage hazardous conditions and the sustainability of the outdoors that we all depend on. Our employees are at the core of our mission and they are our greatest assets, therefore we have taken additional precautions to protect them by abiding by the requirements of the states and/or local governments that we work within. Any employee that does not believe they can work safely at any time, can take time off at their discretion or use benefit time – either earned or not earned to support family and personal needs. We’ve also extended benefits to team members that have been impacted by the coronavirus. We have received many, many notes of gratitude from our team members who are glad that we are keeping them safe and keeping them working. If you are not in agreement with our positions, I welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly about any concern that you have. Please visit the SavATree website and contact us with concerns
