I worked here for 4 years and it was the worst job experience of my life! There was an employee who worked there that tried to put eye drops in my water bottle so I would get sick. She was also a daughter of my manager. Management was awful and no concern for employees

A lot of available perks.

Internal structure is incredibly confusing. Between the litany of meetings, required training courses, required protocols and changes internally to systems and staffing, there is next to no time to perform your actual job, but expectations remain the same. Constant IT issues, incredibly late responses from departments in corporate (and you CANNOT proceed with a LOT of data entry without having SOMEONE fix something). Convoluted clerical system. It takes multiple people to get half answers to things most of the time. Job requirements in contract are not the same as when you start. I was contractually obligated to perform very specific duties, I was constantly performing considerably more than that. You are tasked with attending events, asked to front the fees before reimbursement and that detail is omitted from contract and interview (as is a lot).

Pros

Decent materials, time off was almost always approved and coworkers were great people

Cons

Customers given cookie cutter treatments, not treatments directed at their unique needs. Equipment never fixed consistently, my truck was broken for 2 years before it was looked at and despite 10 write ups over those two years given to our mecahnic and routing department the company still promised impossible jobs to clients and did not follow through with fixing them, always leaving me to clean up that mess.

We are sorry that you had a bad experience with a vehicle, that can be frustrating, and we are frustrated too with the supply chain challenges that all companies are facing.
