Pay rate is the only thing I will say is good about this company

Business Ethics....Mgmt is a joke. All the other reviews about mgmt being dog shite are spot on. No company culture They preach safety but couldn't find a pair of chaps or eye protection if their lives depended on it. No respect for actual tree care professionals who care about the work they do. Pruning standards are nonexistent Expected to rush and just get debris on the ground as fast as possible with no regard for you or your safety. It's about the bottom line. Small manhood issues as well

Pros

It's a job and they start you out at $18. The guys you work with everyday are great.

Cons

Managers are dishonest and as we all know that is not unusual. Tell you one thing and do another. You can pretty much just ignore anything they say and chalk it up to BS.

I found the company to have a strong desire to perform well and treat trees, shrubs, and soil with a high degree of care.

Cons

The common thread revolves around holding people accountable but their challenge retaining staff allows kind staff to be in control by threats of quitting.
