      Extremely Hostile Workplace & Culture

      Pros

      1. Great employees who consistently try hard to meet impossible & unrealistic expectations put upon them by "leadership". 2. The product is innovative and has slick features. 3. "Management" is very skilled and consistent at bullying & Harassment.

      Cons

      They built a conceptually great product that is EXTREMELY unstable with focus only on sales & release velocity rather than quality. Notice all good reviews are from top level leadership roles? The workers in the trenches are harassed, humiliated & bullied by leadership and expected to work 24/7. I wasn't one of them because I won't stand for it but had to witness it daily. Leadership is recruited from a pool of friends and none of them have actual leadership skills.

      I think the pay is decent

      I saw with my own eyes that the managers adding positive and 5 starts reviews in the Glassdoor. That alone shows how fake this company is. the best employee of the company is someone who doesn't sleep and available to work day and night. so much for work-life balance

      Immature Management, Immature product, no focus on customer satisfaction, HUGE Turn over!

      Learned how not to get snowed in the future, the positive reviews here are not real.

      Cons

      Here is the short list: Zero accountability for management, Schizophrenic company vision, zero leverage from the VC, bad benefits, lies about stock granted for tenure, horrible partnership support because they have been burned by the shady Saviynt management time and time again. Numerous cases of very unprofessional, immature individuals being elevated to management level.
