      Horrible leadership no support and your told to learn things out on your own Discriminatory practices Human resources is joke and chalks up everything to the company having a horrible training process lies lies lies They promise you the stars and give you bricks in the end Not much opportunity for career growth, first year you're an order taker and customer service

      Poor Communication, Lack of Incentives/Recognition

      Pros

      The ability to work remotely with a small team of highly intelligent, devoted employees was what kept me at Savvas Learning Company (formerly K–12 Pearson Education) for so long. We were a well-oiled machine, against all odds. The health benefits were also decent.

      Cons

      There is no true vision communicated clearly throughout the company. You are not given the WHY behind what you are asked to do. You work at break-neck speed without question (for fear of losing your job). There's zero recognition for your hard work, and there's absolutely no transparent room for career growth.
