-Unreasonable SOP’s that mainly apply to MDR’s, not leadership -No help from management -constant out of stocks on brands that you are focused on selling -a lot out external hires for leadership roles

Barely pay above market average, but the expected hours does now make the pay worth it

Cons

If you enjoy working 24/7- then Sazerac is for you because that is the explanation. Lean/ short staffing Expectations and priorities constantly changing day to day Frequent firings/ people being let go for "missing" numbers or sales, but no accountability or acknowledgement that missed numbers is driven by confusion and lack of clear direction.

Micro managed on everything. There always fire drill when there doesn’t need to be one if communication was better. Advancement is very selective and not performance based or experience.
