      Pros

      This company is on the up and up. A lot of user will complain about change or say "back in my day" and that is there loss. This company careers about making an impact and setting high goals with high expectations. I had a great on boarding experience. My recruiter was diligent in communication and kept me in the loop. Part of communication is going both ways. When I asked for information, I received it in a timely manner. I come from a big corporate background and if people are being negative, it is on them and lack of perspective. I see myself working for this company for a long time.

      If you don't like fully work, I guess that could be a con for some people.

      Solid brands, decent benefits, staying power. Company invests in employee skill set growth.

      Cons

      As has been said in many other reviews, no work-life balance. No matter how hard you try, it's not good enough, resulting in working longer and longer hours for praise that doesn't come. Many I knew were burned out and holding on by threads. Lots of time spent on non-essential calls when time could have been better spent in the field. Too much restructuring resulting in disorganization, confusion, and inability to prove yourself in one role for any amount of time. Sent out as essential workers without any PPE at the start of the pandemic with no option for safety aside from burning through PTO or quitting - lost a lot of respect for the organization when that happened. Quickly turned to profit over people, very different from how the company used to feel.
