      Company believes in feeding their employees.

      Cons

      The HR department is poorly managed. This is one of the worst places I have ever worked. Managers and Directors take their frustration out on employees . There is little or no training and employees are not valued for their contribution to the company’s success. Everyone seems to be on their own agendas. None of the Managers or Directors care about their employees, they are simply looking to build their own success to make it to the top. Not one manager in the HR department cares about mentoring or helping their employees reach their full potential. The CHRO ego is bigger than his height. Lastly, there is NO WORK LIFE BALANCE!
