      Pros

      I work at the corporate office and everyone's friendly for the most part. Ignore the salty reviews bashing HR and the company. They are super helpful during the on board process and they feed us A LOT! The good stuff around the area not just chick filet, though there's lots of that too.

      Cons

      Company is fast paced and expanding a lot. Lots of new brands and locations can sometimes be a bit overwhelming.

      Great co-workers, good products, strong brands.

      Cons

      It is great that the word is finally getting out about the leadership at Sazerac. The CEO is vindictive, emotional and arrogant. If he is questioned or challenged, there is retribution. He surrounds himself with followers, not leaders. The money from the bonus program, as much as 3X salary, makes the job tolerable. I keep my head down, my mouth shut as I skip to the bank.

      Nothing positive with this tainted leadership! If you read anything positive it is retaliation of the CHRO trying to offset the honest negative reviews. He solicits his team to make positive reviews so he doesn’t look so bad.

      Cons

      The whole narcissistic leadership! The CEO is blind to the fact his newly hired leaders are destroying the great company he once built.
