      Challenging environment focused on development, growth and winning in our industry. Explosive company growth has created a lot of internal opportunities for promotion, including relocation, if desired. Sazerac has shown a willingness to self evaluate and correct and improve aspects of the company that are not as desirable. Really hiring top talent right now across the board.

      Flexible hours. Management only speaks to you when they need a report.

      Cons

      Racist, discriminatory environment. Many coworkers are too afraid to speak up in fear of losing their job. Which often happens when you prove to have an original thought.
