      Pros

      Highly sought after and awarded bourbon portfolio. Potential compensation.

      Cons

      No work/life balance. Very little upward trajectory. This is not a place to “challenge norms.” You’re better off keeping your mouth shut and head down. It’s difficult when the only carrot dangling is the potential of a big bonus.

      Always busy but you're old this when interviewing so if you are one who needs a clean desk and everything done at the end of the day, this may not be a good fit for you.
