Sazerac is a company based on a good ole boy structure supported by HR. The managers in louisville know extremely little about how to run a successful business. Managers only purpose is to make a high salary without providing results. When I was working there I noticed turnover was very high. What I found out is when a manager makes a bad business decision and is called out by upper management. They pick a subordinate to take the fall and be fired. I saw it happen to so many employees and it eventually happened to me. There really wasn't anything I could do about being fired except I knew what the meeting was about. So, when I was called, in my manager (bailment) started the throwing me under the bus process. I called him out on his mistakes, what he was doing was wrong, and he was bad manager. He stared crying in the meeting, Actually crying, in the imperial room. The next day he wiped his tears and had HR let me go.
