      Values on People Development Respect for Work-Life Balance Training and Professional Development Exceptional Mid-Management <3 Felt so supported and respected by my managers. This is really special.

      Cons

      Even the "cons" are pros in a manner of learning and experience value... -Some of the best opportunities for growth may require relocation. Not necessarily a con, but good for some people to know, if they are settling in and rooting down somewhere. -This place attracts such a great pool of talent and perspective that the internal applicant competition can be fierce! *But again, I see this as more of a pro*... If you want to better yourself, then surround yourself with better people. You can do this at Sazerac.
