* Unclear expectations * Burn out is an epidemic at Scale, OPMs are overworked and underpaid * Zero onboarding experience, it's only you on your own having to reinvent the wheel each time since everyone else is overworked and no one has the time to onboard new hires. * Disrespectful managers, sometimes even insulting
