Pros

---Lots of growth. Company does everything quickly like growing. I have a lot of responsibility and I think most people do too. Great impact. ---Really smart but also nice coworkers. No bs culture. People are intellectually honest. ---People work very hard (I work around 50 hours a week) but it's easy to work from home or take time off if I need to. Really nice office, great food and benefits

Cons

---Typical engineering pains for a high growth company. ---Some people overreact or are too emotional. For a lot of people here Scale is their first job.

Pros

The people are Scale are the best I have ever worked with. Collaborative, smart, diverse, passionate, direct, and open to feedback. I love coming in every day (and working from home some days, there's a great work remote culture) and working with the people here. The mission is awesome and it is great hearing about how we are helping people in other countries make good money for the work they do Great perks and very nice office I can tell the managers and leaders really care about doing a good job and making us successful. The managers at my last company cared more about their own careers than the people or the company. The leaders here are very open about sharing company vision and strategy.

Cons

Not a con for me but I have switched managers twice in a year and the company is growing very fast. I am happy working independently without much guidance but some other people can struggle with that.

Pros

- Exciting space utilizing cutting edge technology that can truly have wide impact on so many parts of our world - Extremely bright co-workers in every function across the company - Next level worth ethic with mission in mind - Genuine thought and consideration given to topics and feedback from everyone at the company - Even though we are growing, we push each other to build balance into our lives. We work hard but don't let it consume our life.

Cons

- Very young leadership, naturally means not a lot of experience of how to lean on the strong team in the organization - Policies are not necessarily inclusive (i.e. disparity between maternity and paternity leave) and need revisiting to put money where our mouth is if we want to build a diverse and inclusive workplace
