The people at the lower level are fantastic and the contributors are equally amazing. Training was good. Platforms used were good.
Cons
Unorganized chaos. They will give you a new title but won't update your pay. A lot of restructuring. A lot of layoffs. I was laid off by email and lost access to everything immediately after working there for 9 months. The week before I was laid off, I was moved to a team that was told they were being awarded a $2,000 bonus for our hard work and had a whole entire meeting to congratulate us on our performance. It was harsh but ultimately led me to a better opportunity! I was supposed to get maternity leave but the company Scale goes through messed up paperwork and said they couldn't fix it even though I filed for it in advance so even if they say they offer maternity leave, be cautious!
