Pros

- Smart and hardworking people - Many opportunities to work on high visibility, mission critical projects - Company is getting large but the scrappiness and passion is still very much alive - Company is doing really well and not that affected by the current market downturn

Cons

- WLB is not comparable to FAANG (40 hours on normal weeks, more when there are important deadlines) though engineering/product is somewhat shielded from the worst. RIP ops - Management/leadership can be quite junior/green, though external hiring has helped a lot recently - Priorities shift a lot and very quickly, be prepared to switch gears fast

WLB is not as bad for me as some posts, but its more than some companies out there. if you want to rest and vest I wouldnt suggest scale
