The people here are great. Smartest people I've ever worked with, but also low ego and have no problem laughing at themselves. I learn something new every day. Even when we don't agree, we discuss our differences and move forward. Everyone's super motivated to help each other and do a great job. Very informative all hands where the CEO actually makes us ask tough questions and answers them. Feels very transparent. Business seems to be doing great, he's always talking about hiring Free boba on Fridays

Working at Scale has been a really amazing experience for me—my roommates have specifically commented on how much happier I've been since I started working here. The company culture is amazing (everyone who works here is awesome!), so I actually look forward to coming in to work. I also really believe in what we're doing and think we can truly change the course of technology and AI over the coming years. Great benefits too, including free gym membership.
