Cons

Management is unsupportive and unwilling to coach their subordinates. Management team resembles a high school clique rather than any form of leadership. Management will backdoor new hires for the most minor infractions.

Pay is subpar at best. Management is overly critical and will rarely, if not ever, acknowledge hard word or dedication to your job. Shifts can be up to 12 hours long. Schedules are also never set and change constantly.
