Pros

The people who I worked with were all very eager to help, especially management which is good. They also give you a ton of training, and you meet with your team leader frequently to discuss positives, things to work on, etc.

Cons

Base pay could be a LOT better, very heavily focused on sales goals, part-timers don't get much. It's a lot of work at the start because you have to get super familiar which all of the merchandise in your area.

Discount was really good compared to other companies

Cons

Late nights. No breaks allowed besides a 30 minute lunch break during a 10-12 hour shift, which you have to clock out for. Leadership sucked and truly don’t want to help the other employees. You won’t see much of your family if you work here.
