Business Outlook
Pros
Great team environment with great people. I really enjoyed working with everyone in our office. One of the best employee discounts of any retailer. Growing company. Great place to start your career.
Cons
Very limited growth potential in their marketing office. Most people who work there stay a few years to use it as a stepping stone to much better pay. They really brag about their ESOP program, but it take 20+ years for it to amount to anything. Worth it to go somewhere else and get paid a lot more and contribute more to your retirement yourself. Not the best work/life balance.
