Discount, occasionally had a good day of all employees being civil. Fortunate enough to be a favorite of most managers and had noticed most were friendly to me and coworkers

Cons

Management was uncaring and picked favorites of employees. Hours were terrible with no benefits or reason to keep a positive impact.

Pros

Working at Scheel's was a fun experience. Working within the shoe department allowed me to consistently work with customers and work at a fast pace.

Cons

Competition among sales associates sometimes caused rifts; particularly when those who had previously been at the top were knocked off my younger counterparts.
