      The co-workers are great The discount is awesome Most of the customers are wonderful to work with.

      Cons

      Assistant Store Leaders - A bunch of wannabe micro-managing kids. The compensation - You can do better Product knowledge meetings -Mandatory Tuesday meetings at 9pm regardless of if you work that day or not.

      Pros

      Great discount! Hours are flexible and they work around your class schedule. You can make a lot of money in comission if you work hard enough.

      Cons

      Some of the managers had their favorites and if you were a favorite you could pretty much do whatever you want. You only get a 30 min lunch break when you work a 9 hour shift.
