      Fun and Energetic environment to work in. People are great once you get to know them more.

      At first the job seems daunting and you don't know many people but with time you will get to know everybody!

      Pros

      There is good on the job training. Supervisors expectations are reasonable, and the work isn't very difficult at all! Also the work has enough variety that it doesn't get to repetitive.

      Cons

      Limited availability to advance. Good part time job! Takes a special kind of person to make a career out of it though.

      Pros

      Scheels is a pretty fun place to work if you're just looking for a job just to have a job. Great environment with most employees.

      Cons

      Micro-management at it's finest. Stop treating part timers as children and treat us with some respect. Very little room for advancement, basically take advantage of you so that they don't lose you in your department. Very inflexible scheduling, expect to work every weekend, both days. Lighten up on your policies.
