      The pros were all sugar coated lies fed to part timers until they were convinced to "buy in" as full time.

      Cons

      You can only get ahead in this company by being related to the right person or having a baby at the right time.

      Pros

      Very friendly environment. Fast paced and focused on the customer and their experience. Always something to do so you're not bored. Amazing discount

      Cons

      Terrible management. You can NEVER get your shift covered and if you're not 15 minutes early to work you are considered "late". Managers can change your schedule on a day you have off and not tell you, so you miss a shift you weren't previously assigned and get punished for it. The managers were inconsiderate towards the other coworkers regarding scheduling. Only 1 half hour break every 8 hours.

      It is a company that is growing in the marketplace

      They're a old school company that is going through growing pains. Some of their practices are very old fashion. Such as a DOS computer system, and hand writing your commision sales on cards you carry in your pocket.
