      Great discount and pay. Managers were great and made work fun.

      Cons

      Some customers can be very rude and treat you poorly, just have to have thick skin.

      Pros

      All associates are great people to work with. They always seem to have an upbeat attitude, management is also always around and very friendly. I'd definitely recommend working here to anyone who wants a fun job in a great environment. It really is all about the people at Scheels, and they try to do the best they can to make your career worth-while. Amazing benefits to top off the great environment.

      Cons

      Retail hours, but you will get that anywhere.
