Pros
Given a set schedule so I knew when my days off would be and good employee discount.
Cons
The Employees only "act" happy and are truly so miserable. They gossip about each other constantly and are not very good at hiding how much they hate their jobs. Scheels claims to be faith based, but it far from it. They often griped or make fun of their customers while commissioning their sales... and were condescending. They have a superiority complex. I do believe that they have some employees who have a lot to offer, but the upper management is too busy trying to keep anything from changing so they disregard many good ideas for growth.
