Pros

Good co-workers who are fun to work with. Management is pretty good, they are helpful and offer good guidance. Pretty good pay. Option for insurance to full timers.

Cons

Insurance option is pretty expensive for a couple since they have to pay the family rate. Full time works every other weekend.

Work with lots of fun, energetic people. Discount and stock in company is second to none

Cons

It's retail...nights and weekends. Lots of micromanagement and at times it seemed one manager would say one thing, while another would say the exact opposite.

Managers can really make you feel like you are so little and non-important. Managers have clear favorites.
