      Great managers, great people to work with, open door environment, and great experience for first job.

      Cons

      Scheels was unflexible with scheduling, they tried to work with my schedule, but if they were short you were working.

      Pay is decent for retail, great discount.

      Cons

      It's one of the busiest stores in Lincoln, ALWAYS busy so you run your butt off. Micromanaging at it's finest. Always expecting waaay more than you can do.
