      Pros

      Good pay, benefits, and genuine people. You will learn a lot!

      Cons

      Lots of new systems, significant overtime, risk of layoff, and offshoring marked a tumultuous 2025. The firm is undoubtedly in the process of transitioning from a smaller boutique firm to a larger Big 4 corporate-like firm.

      - 10% vested 401k match - remote work and/or in person opportunities - PTO and holidays off + 3 weeks of the year shut down and paid - annual reboots to bring the firm together - supports career development and growth - monthly stipend for internet - performance bonuses
