Fantastic corporate culture that is centered around its people with a management team that buys into the culture and genuinely cares about the people here. The management team takes time to learn and know your career growth plans and works with you to ensure that your role and opportunities are aligned with your long term career goals.

Great Company and Great Culture

Pros

Schellman has generous benefit packages and PTO. For the most part, management gives you the freedom to do your job with little to no micro-managing, but they are available when you need them. This has been hands down the best company I have worked for.

Cons

Benefits are slowly being pulled back and there has been high turn over of staff at director and above levels, making it hard to tell what this company is going to look like in a few years. They are very secretive when people get fired, leaving our imaginations to run wild.
