Pros

Fantastic management and effort on a positive culture. Positive environment, people are knowledgeable, helpful, great to work with. Surrounded by highly intelligent and capable people and ability to work with cutting edge clients/technology. Huge opportunities for personal growth. Ability to work from home with some degree of schedule flexibility during the day as long as the work gets done and meetings and engagements are prioritized. Benefits and perks are difficult to compete with, best I've experienced.

Cons

Can be difficult to turn off work. Over 40 hrs is the norm.

These are important areas for management including ensuring that everyone has a work-life balance. Pros

At Schellman you will be treated like a team member and not an excel spreadsheet cell holder. We all work together on projects and people of all levels help to make sure you are successful. Our benefits are truly the best with the 10% 401K matching and the profit sharing bonuses quarterly. We also have great Health, Dental and Vision Insurance.

Cons

The only real con I can think of is the 100% remote work for most of the team. I enjoy working from home but sometimes I miss the personal interaction of showing up to an office once in a while. this may go away once we start traveling a little more.
