      Pros

      Six months with Schellman & Company already! This has been a great company and position for me so far. Everyone really fosters grown and development, and ideas are welcomed. Plus, everyone here has been more than willing to get me up to speed in this new industry; and have all been open to process changes/ improvements that have come with the evolution of my role. Chris really strives to make sure all of the employees are happy, and the growing benefits really speak to that. I'm really glad to be part of the team, and can't see myself moving anytime soon!

      The quality of the people you'd work with is top notch. Everyone I've interacted with at the company at multiple levels has been extremely knowledgeable, accommodating, and most importantly pleasant. The quality of the work places the company as an industry leader. The firm's leadership is established and truly has a commitment to continuing professional training, improving the company's operations, and creating a positive company culture. As a current employee, I am telling you the benefits package is indeed as attractive as you'll hear; it is not "too good to be true". The operations and training/new hire office space in Tampa is A+.

      Cons

      I don't have any currents cons in my role. I know some have travel time concerns, but that fluctuates.
