Operations could use a bit more people but that is getting solved as positions are already being recruited

Pros

The culture, the benefits, the management, and the power to think outside of the box, are all reasons I don't see myself leaving anytime soon! As a woman, I have never felt 'bad' for my life and responsibilities outside of work. I started here as a newlywed and now a mom; over the years benefits and having a good work-life balance has become so important to me and I'm so happy that i get that here at Schellman!

Cons

In my experience in operations, there's negatives but what I appreciate is that once there is a concern, there is space an open discussion to find a resolution or for understanding.
