2moThanks for taking the time to share a review! We definitely agree – it’s a crucial time for the firm and when you’re growing, there’s going to be some change. While we do our best to bring clear, comprehensive communications to help ease all the transition, it doesn’t always work out as best it could, though we hope people like yourself see that we do strive to be fair and transparent when it doesn’t. We keep our door open with our People Experience team and Managers so that our people can succeed here first – and if not here, we try to set them up to succeed elsewhere.
