Pros

There are many benefits to working at BrightLine. Well balanced quality of life, excellent benefit package, easy travel schedule, and competitive pay with a very good bonus program, just to name a few. The personnel are fun to work with and very intelligent.

Cons

There really are no cons to working at BrightLine. It is truly the best place to work in the nation.

Pros

- BrightLine's focus on producing quality work makes me proud of what I do and the services I provide to my clients. - After working at multiple big 4 firms, in my opinion BrightLine has assembled the smartest team of individuals providing attestation services in the industry. Being a senior associate there is a lot that can be learned from those above me due to their expertise, which has always been a feature that has helped me hone my expertise in any given area - There's a feeling that comes from the tone at the top that we are all one big team and everyone helps each other out no matter project I might be working on. From the principal level down to fellow seniors, I always have support and an ear when needed. - The operations team (the members performing behind the scene work that isn't necessarily client-facing) are amazing and make life so much easier on me by providing support that allows me to focus on my work. - NO TIME REPORTING! Not having to report individual hours every week also allows me to focus on deadlines instead of where I'm allocating my hours or being concerned about "eating" hours. - Personal time off is quite generous - Competitive Salary and Benefits

Cons

You should "cons"ider working at BrightLine too if the pros sound like what you've been seeking; a place where your hard work and time is valued.
